SUMMARY:Blowin' Red at Snake Oil Glassworks
DESCRIPTION:Snake Oil Glassworks will have their next First Friday eve
 nt on February4th from 5-9 pm, which is also the American Heart Associ
 ation's (AHA) WearRed Day. In support of the AHA and their Go Red for 
 Women & Children’sHealth Campaign, they will be dedicating that day 
 to raising awareness andmoney for the cause. In addition to the specia
 l red items for sale in the gallery, there willbe a silent auction of 
 some items that have been donated by local artistsand businesses. Auct
 ion items will vary from jewelry crafted by localartists to a bowl of 
 pate' from Joelle's French Bistro. The high pointwill be the live auct
 ion of two pieces as they are being made in the HotShop. Our guests wi
 ll be able to stand and watch as the pieces take shape. All proceeds f
 rom the live auction and silent auction will go directly tothe America
 n Heart Association.  We will have red food and drinks for ourguests a
 long with a small red glass gift item for those who attend wearingred.
