DESCRIPTION:CNY Veterans Parade and Expo will be held from 11 a.m. unt
 il 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5 at the NYS Fairgrounds. The Expo is from 11
  a.m. till 4 p.m. in the Center of Progress Building. It will feature 
 military and veteran related informational kiosks and tables. It will 
 include performances by the Baldwinsville Community Band, a special so
 ldier ceremony and the West Point Drill Team. The Parade is at noon. I
