Art Available - Gallery 1

Hope by Ron Warford, 40' x 30 " Graphite on Black Board, Framed
Mr. Warford's work was selected by the Smithsonian Institution for a national traveling exhibition in 1973. He was one of the initial founding and teaching members at the Folk Art Gallery in Syracuse. His work spings from his imagination and is masterfully executed. Tel (315) 391-5115 for more info or to purchase. One of the presidents of a local art guild referred to Ron's work as  "master works" for their power and quality.

Strength , by Ron Warford. 20 " X 30"

Home is Where the Hearth Is by Jaws. This piece took 600 hours. Amazingly, to produce this the artist had to put the snowflakes  in first on a white fine piece of paper and then build everything around it. Think about it - this amazing work, and other pieces of the artists work can be seen at CNY Artists Gallery, which purchased this piece in 2013.

Dream Horse by M. Smart

FOR LIBRARIES

(1) We will publicize any book sales you have and also send out info on it through our email newsletter as long as we have it before we send the newsletter which is usually around the first of the month.

(2) We will offer and highly suggest that you give one of the " Participating Artists Handouts " to anyone who will be having a showing at your library. We are making a special section available on our main page where people can click on the library to see what you will be having on display for that month. Since we are all pressed for time these days, this will be a way for that creator to show a sample ( uyp to 12 pictures)  of what they are displaying and at the same time give them their own page for one year on CNYArtists.com so that they can always direct people to an area where there work can be seen, by typing in the first or last name of the person.

SCHOOLS

CNY Artists Gallery & Creativity Incubator is interested in encouraging all facets of creativity, PLUS learning about art, history, culture and any other subjects that will make a student's life richer and more fulfilling and also increase their chances of future success in the economic realm of today and tomorrow. To do this we offer several different possibilities for all schools generally including middle school, high school, junior college and above.

Here are some of what we offer which will help your students increase their mind and creative power.

(1) FREE What's On Your Mind Game
in which students analyze what is on their mind right now and how they can design their mind for future success utilizing samples of what certain minds would look like using fun graphics and then they design their own mind. Email psvobod1@twcny.rr.com with what's On Your Mind in the subject heading

(2) Free The Words Project
Want students to read more ? And maybe read better literature ? CNY Artists is sponsoring The Words Project which combines art and literature. Students either working by themselves, or with another, find an engaging line or several lines from a book. they then take a canvas
