Art Available - Gallery 1

Hope by Ron Warford, 40' x 30 " Graphite on Black Board, Framed
Mr. Warford's work was selected by the Smithsonian Institution for a national traveling exhibition in 1973. He was one of the initial founding and teaching members at the Folk Art Gallery in Syracuse. His work spings from his imagination and is masterfully executed. Tel (315) 391-5115 for more info or to purchase. One of the presidents of a local art guild referred to Ron's work as  "master works" for their power and quality.

Strength , by Ron Warford. 20 " X 30"

Home is Where the Hearth Is by Jaws. This piece took 600 hours. Amazingly, to produce this the artist had to put the snowflakes  in first on a white fine piece of paper and then build everything around it. Think about it - this amazing work, and other pieces of the artists work can be seen at CNY Artists Gallery, which purchased this piece in 2013.

Dream Horse by M. Smart

going back to my beginning...or one of them..

In  a show and tell group, I dragged out my drawings from my past life...I call them "My girls" They  are the part of a series of fun whimsical drawings with sayings..Everyone took a vote and said "THIS" is what I should be doing....Well I've been doing them since I was a child....except now the saying are not child like..ha ha ..well some are,  but most aren't... I have some listed up on etsy and ebay..as of yesterday Sunday Feb. 20th. I plan on gettting them out there...

I had to reinvent myelf due to lack of large space to work in... this does it for me... I feel like I'm playing when I create them...What a wonderful way to work....

frugal is such an ugly word

Not my problem

Yes Sylvia, I love how life presents itself to us ...and how it changes...I get up everyday wondering what will happen that day or who will say something that will give me justthe answer  for something I am looking for...These girls are so easy for me to do and  as artists sometimes we think just because it is easy it is not good enough...I am getting past that...finally...
