Art Available - Gallery 1

Hope by Ron Warford, 40' x 30 " Graphite on Black Board, Framed
Mr. Warford's work was selected by the Smithsonian Institution for a national traveling exhibition in 1973. He was one of the initial founding and teaching members at the Folk Art Gallery in Syracuse. His work spings from his imagination and is masterfully executed. Tel (315) 391-5115 for more info or to purchase. One of the presidents of a local art guild referred to Ron's work as  "master works" for their power and quality.

Strength , by Ron Warford. 20 " X 30"

Home is Where the Hearth Is by Jaws. This piece took 600 hours. Amazingly, to produce this the artist had to put the snowflakes  in first on a white fine piece of paper and then build everything around it. Think about it - this amazing work, and other pieces of the artists work can be seen at CNY Artists Gallery, which purchased this piece in 2013.

Dream Horse by M. Smart

I got your e-mail;  Monday November 7th at 6pm at the Fayetteville YMCA is good. Where there should I look for you?

Eliyahu,

The Y Arts Community Gallery is in the East Area Family YMCA, 220 Towne Drive, Fayetteville. I can meet with you next week on either  Monday at 6:00pm or Wednesday at noon or Thursday at noon.

Please let me know if any of those times are convenient for you. If not we can try to work something out.

HI Joan; glad you like the work.   I'd certainly like to see the space at the east area YMCA when you're available.   where exactly is that? Let me know when you're available and I look forward to seeing you.

Eliyahu, Thanks for your interest in the Y Arts Community Gallery. I looked at the photos of your work on the CNY site. Very nice. Are most of the paintings/drawings still in your possession? or have some sold? We have space for about 12 large or 15- 18 small pieces. Have you seen the gallery space? If you have a chance, come out to the East Area Family YMCA and look at the space. All the pictures need to be hung higher than eye level due to the architecture, so we usually like artwork that is at least 16 x 20, preferably larger. I have a really busy week coming up, but next week is a little calmer. Would you be available to meet sometime the week of Nov. 7? My schedule is somewhat flexible, so I can meet during daytime or evening hours.
