Hope by Ron Warford, 40' x 30 " Graphite on Black Board, Framed
Mr. Warford's work was selected by the Smithsonian Institution for a national traveling exhibition in 1973. He was one of the initial founding and teaching members at the Folk Art Gallery in Syracuse. His work spings from his imagination and is masterfully executed. Tel (315) 391-5115 for more info or to purchase. One of the presidents of a local art guild referred to Ron's work as "master works" for their power and quality.
Strength , by Ron Warford. 20 " X 30"
Home is Where the Hearth Is by Jaws. This piece took 600 hours. Amazingly, to produce this the artist had to put the snowflakes in first on a white fine piece of paper and then build everything around it. Think about it - this amazing work, and other pieces of the artists work can be seen at CNY Artists Gallery, which purchased this piece in 2013.
I love doing metalsmithing ,chain maille, lapidary, PMC and beading. I work with a variety of metals, including fine and sterling silver, copper, shibuichi, titanium, and brass. I collect and search for a variety of materials such as gemstones, crystals, shells, feathers, and fiber.
I love creating things of beauty with my hands and I especially enjoy seeing people light up and fall in love with my work. Making other people happy is very gratifying to me.
I am constantly delving into new areas such enameling, ceramics, metal weaving. Each is a challenge which I always embrace. Watch for new pieces from these different applications coming soon.
I have become interested in researching the healing and metaphysical qualities of the materials and stones I work with and I find it fascinating and potentially significant in the direction I take in the future, as I learn and study more.
It is interesting to me that buyers are often attracted to a piece that has the properties they may be consciously or unconsciously seeking out.
With 3 dogs helping in my home studio there is never a dull moment in our house and I am always coming up with different designs so check in often to see what's new! My Etsy site is Cynthia Cameron Design. Etsy.Com
Thank you for looking at my pictures.
Dave and I just returned from Letchworth State Park. We brought our camper there so we could attend the Air show in Geneseo on Saturday. Our daughter Lisa was home with our three dogs so we were foot loose and fancy free for the weekend. I always bring a tool box and jewelry projects to work on. I made two viking knit necklaces over the weekend. They are a perfect project, all that is required is a roll of wire and a stick! It is great therapy and I find myself taking it everywhere. I always…

It was a wild weekend. It started with a party at our house Friday for my granddaughter, who turned 26. It was a fabulous day and a blast for everyone. We went all weekend long having a great time and yet I figured out a way to take my jewelry on the road! I worked on both viking knit and chain mail necklaces, so I didn't feel too guilty!
Today is our 20th wedding anniversary. Hard for me to believe for me. That means we have been together for 27 years! I held him off 7…

Hello everyone. I am just now recouping from a busy several weeks of art shows. The art in the park show last Saturday was wet! However, even though there were few people who ventured out, I did very well. I am seeing sales in my high end jewelry this year and I am very pleased about that.
I started a new adventure in ceramics at OCC. I am in my second class this summer and have fallen in love with playing in the mud. This week is the last week to finish pieces and I was there all day…
