Art Available - Gallery 1

Hope by Ron Warford, 40' x 30 " Graphite on Black Board, Framed
Mr. Warford's work was selected by the Smithsonian Institution for a national traveling exhibition in 1973. He was one of the initial founding and teaching members at the Folk Art Gallery in Syracuse. His work spings from his imagination and is masterfully executed. Tel (315) 391-5115 for more info or to purchase. One of the presidents of a local art guild referred to Ron's work as  "master works" for their power and quality.

Strength , by Ron Warford. 20 " X 30"

Home is Where the Hearth Is by Jaws. This piece took 600 hours. Amazingly, to produce this the artist had to put the snowflakes  in first on a white fine piece of paper and then build everything around it. Think about it - this amazing work, and other pieces of the artists work can be seen at CNY Artists Gallery, which purchased this piece in 2013.

Oregon’s Artsy Basketball Court Over the Line?

Oh Snow!

Oh Snow

When I woke up today at 4:45, I looked out the window and saw the snow outside. Something in me rebelled at the snow and I had this urging to tell it to go. So, I wrote the snow a quick little poem hoping to send it back to it’s home. Enjoy!

Support Arts in Education!

School budgets are being proposed throughout the county and sadly, the arts are first in line for cutting.  At Liverpool we are working hard to educate the public and the BOE on the importance of the arts in education. The arts are a core subject, playing a significant role in children's development and in the learning process.  Please - voice your concerns to upcoming arts program cuts to your Board of Education - SAVE THE ARTS IN SCHOOLS!… Continue

Cinderella Castle

As a resident of Upstate New York, I can tell you that our winters are long and dreary. I don’t think a day goes

by all winter when I don’t hear about Florida’s Disney World. It’s either a TV commercial advertising some fantastic deal you would be crazy not to take or the AAA Club magazine’s feature toting a wonderful family vacation to Disney World, to the subtle hints of… Continue

A Walk Down Memory Lane

Often it is with regret when we have the opportunity to travel down “Memory Lane” and find things not quite as we remembered them. I had a different experience. My recent trip down memory lane brought back some wonderful childhood memories.

It was a transitional time in my childhood having left Central New York for the sunshine state of Florida. I was 10 when we moved from the small college town of Hamilton, New York, to the beach town of Fort Pierce, Florida. We went from an old… Continue
